Discover the essential steps to validate a training as a director.

Step 1

As a director, to validate a training course, connect to your platform by entering your username and password. Then, in the main menu, click on the “Trainings” tab at the top to start the training verification and validation process.

Step 2

On the dashboard “Trainings”, you will find all the courses you have created, as well as their status (validated or to be validated). You can click directly on the training to be validated from the tab “All courses” or to navigate to the section “Courses to be validated” and to select the specific training you want to validate.

Step 3

Carefully review and confirm the information in the “Description” section. Here you will find the details that the instructor set up when creating the course.

Step 4

Now go to the “Content” tab. As a director, you have the power to choose the type of course that best fits your needs and training goals. So, decide what type of course you want to create:

  • Degree holder: to award a diploma at the end of the course to your students,
  • Not holding a degree: to offer a non-degree-granting course, allowing your students to take it without receiving a certification at the end.

If you choose a diploma course, choose the signature that will appear on the diploma: that of the professor or that of the director. You have the freedom to personalize this final touch to better match the identity of your establishment.

Step 5

Now go to the section “Enrollment” and review the information in it carefully. Validate the details set up by the instructor when creating the course, such as the questions they set up and any required training materials, if applicable. This step will allow you to ensure that the registration conditions meet your expectations.

Step 6

And finally, go to the “Pricing” tab. As a director, you have the option to configure the rates according to your preferences. Select the option that best fits your needs:

Free access: if you want to offer free training to students.

Paid access: the student pays the full amount of the course to access it.

Subscription access: the student can opt for easy payment through a subscription.

Step 7

Click on the button “Validate” after reading and confirming all course details. Add a review for the instructor, share your thoughts on the course content, and provide any constructive feedback. Then click on “Publish” to make training accessible in your school.

Step 8

Once validated, a message will be displayed to let you know that your course has been successfully published. You'll see a button at the top right that indicates that your course is now live. You can deactivate the course if you no longer want it to be visible to your students, or to change the prices by clicking on “Change pricing”.
