I am one of those who believe that we are students all our lives. Being passionate about online training, I had the chance to test several platforms. My observation was the same for each one: quality training content, but a tool that caused frustration every time I connected to it.
You had to navigate between several systems and communication channels, download documents to be able to read them, look for Google Drive links in emails, sometimes wait days for replays... In short, a real obstacle course.
After some research, I understood that very few platforms offered a global approach while being simple. A collaboration between the Koors team and its first customers and sponsors allowed us to create the ideal platform for trainers, schools and anyone who wants to get started in the field of online training.
It was important for us to involve users (professionals and students) in the construction of the tool so that it best met their needs. We make it a point of honor to develop useful and easy to use functionalities. Our vocation is to provide users with pleasure and comfort in using our application.

Can I have specific development requests in relation to my needs?
For Business customers, our support team will be happy to help you in your work by developing specific functionalities, on request. Koors is scalable, all our customers will benefit from free upgrades to the roadmap.
I am already using an online training solution, how do I switch to Koors?
Koors offers you the functionality to import your students. Also, you can easily invite your teams to join the application. As for the courses, they can be introduced easily thanks to our easy, flexible and fast interface.
What type of support does Koors offer?
Customers of the Free offer will receive support by email. Customers of Professional and Business offers, for their part, will benefit from advanced support by email and chat. Also, customers of the Business offer will be assigned a contact person from the support team.
What are the payment methods for the purchase of paid courses?
Koors is integrated into the Stripe platform, the first global payment platform, with a wide coverage and supporting all types of bank cards.
How do I pay for my Koors subscription? And how often?
You pay for your Koors subscription with the bank card entered at the time of registration. For Professional customers, payment is monthly (with a debit from the bank card each month) or annual (with automatic renewal on the anniversary date). The annual subscription will allow you to get a discount. For Business customers, payment is monthly, with a recalculation of the price according to the number of students. Business customers have the option of paying on account, by bank transfer, if they wish.
How are my videos protected?
Your videos are not stored at Koors. They can be viewed in Koors but are stored at our partner Vimeo, the world's leading online video platform, and protected by their proven security technologies.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, Koors allows you to set up sub-domains for training professionals using the platform, each client will be able to use their own URL that will point to the Koors platform transparently, without the Koors name being visible.
